TITLE:  Armed/Unarmed Security Officer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

Patrol all contracted property in order to protect persons and their personal property.  Preserve the peace, maintain order, prevent vandalism as well as other crimes, prevent fires, prepare reports and other documentation.  If applicable, administer first aid, investigate suspicious conditions or individuals, evacuate people from dangerous situations, detain shoplifters, demonstrate regular and predictable attendance, maintain required certification, attend training programs, and perform any other duties as directed or assigned by Info-Trak Incorporated.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Must be a High School graduate or GED.
• If armed officer, must be certified in firearms  

          through O.P.O.T.A.                           

• Must possess a state of Ohio motor vehicle operator’s license. 
• Must not have more than three (3) moving violations on traffic record within the last one (1) year period.
• Must be in good physical condition.

HIRING PROCESS

• Initial contact with the applicant.
• Explanation of selection process.
• Background investigation process prepared.

• Initial interview with applicant.
• Return of background application.
• Conduct initial interview
• Determine suitability for continued

• Background investigation starts.
• A complete and thorough investigation of the applicant’s background and suitability for employment will be done.

• This background will consist of the following:
• Complete criminal background search
• Personal reference interviews
• Past/Present employer interviews
• 3 applicant neighbor interviews

• The following occurrences in the applicant’s background could result in rejection of the applicant.
• Felony conviction
• Current use of drugs.
• Intemperate use of alcohol.
• Anti-Social behavior.
• Poor work record.
• Poor driving record.
• Numerous debts not regularly being paid.

• The applicant’s background will also be considered in terms of moral character,  emotional stability, and reputation in the community in which  he/she lives.

• A final interview will be conducted by upper management of Info-Trak Incorporated.

TITLE:  Investigator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Investigate all cases that have been retained by the client including but not limited to civil, criminal, domestic, and background investigations.  Conducts moving and fixed surveillance, vehicle shadowing, subject shadowing.  Service of process, skip tracing, prepares reports and other documentation for the client.  Testifies in court.  Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance.  Maintains required certification, attends training programs and performs other duties as directed or assigned by Info-Trak Incorporated. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Must be a High School graduate or GED.
• If armed Investigator, must be certified in firearms.
• Must possess a state of Ohio operator’s license.
• No more than 3 moving violations in last year.
• Must be in good physical condition.

HIRING PROCESS

•         Appointed position among Security Sergeants (unless part-time status).  This appointment is decided by upper management of Info-Trak  Incorporated, based on an interview and the Sergeant’s service record.
•       Security Sergeant or applicant (part-time) is appointed or hired as  Investigator.

PROMOTIONS

An Investigator can work in the following divisions or any other divisions utilized:

• K-9 Handler
• Executive Protection Specialists.
• Process Server.
